By creating an account or using pawtrck, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the application.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use pawtrck. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials managed via Supabase. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Veterinary & Medical Disclaimer
pawtrck is a tracking and organizational tool only.
- The app does not provide veterinary advice, medical diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.
- Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions, emergencies, or health concerns regarding your pet.
- Reliance on any information or reports generated by the app is solely at your own risk.
4. Subscriptions & Premium Features
pawtrck may offer premium features (e.g., Pro or Plus tiers). All billing, payments, and subscriptions are handled exclusively by the Apple App Store. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to misuse the application, interfere with our infrastructure (including Supabase and Cloudflare), or upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
6. Intellectual Property
The pawtrck name, logo, software, and design are the property of the pawtrck team. You retain ownership of the pet data you enter, but grant us the rights necessary to host and process that data to provide our services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pawtrck and its creators shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app or reliance on any tracked pet data.
