Delete Your pawtrck Account and Data
You can permanently delete your pawtrck account and the data associated with it.
Delete Your Account in the App
- Open pawtrck and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the information shown, confirm your identity, and confirm permanent account deletion.
Request Deletion Without the App
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your pawtrck account.
Use the subject line: pawtrck account deletion request
Include the email address associated with the account. Do not send your password, payment card information, or authentication codes. We may ask you to complete a reasonable identity-verification step before processing the request so that another person cannot delete your account without permission.
Data Deleted With Your Account
After your identity is verified and deletion is completed, pawtrck deletes active-service data associated with your account, including:
- your pawtrck authentication account and account identifiers;
- pet profiles and uploaded pet profile photos;
- diet, weight, medication, vaccination, symptom, veterinary visit, and training records;
- exercise history and saved route coordinates;
- notification tokens, reminder-related server records, and related app records; and
- pawtrck subscription-entitlement records and the associated RevenueCat customer record.
Some limited information may remain temporarily in backups, security records, fraud-prevention records, or logs until overwritten under provider retention cycles, or where retention is required by law.
Subscriptions
Deleting your pawtrck account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel pawtrck Plus through the store where you purchased it before deleting your account:
- On Android, manage the subscription through Google Play subscriptions.
- On Apple devices, manage the subscription through App Store subscriptions.
Apple, Google, and payment providers may retain transaction information under their own legal and financial obligations.
Deleting your pawtrck account is separate from managing apps connected to your Google Account or Apple Account. You can review or revoke connected-app access at any time in the applicable account settings.
